What are the figures made of?

Each figure is 3D-printed in premium PLA+, then hand-finished — sanded, primed, hand-painted in acrylic, and sealed with a UV-resistant lacquer.

What sizes are available?

Most figures come in 20 cm and 25 cm; some pieces and busts are offered in 15–18 cm. The exact options are shown on each product page.

Are they hand-painted?

Yes. Every figure is painted by hand in our Vienna studio. Slight variations between pieces are a natural part of handmade work.

How long until my order ships?

All pieces are made to order and ship within 2–3 weeks. You'll receive tracking as soon as your figure is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. EU shipping is free on orders over €150.

How is my order packaged?

Discreetly and securely. Figures are wrapped and protected in foam-lined boxes, with no external indication of the contents.

How do I care for my figure?

Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush. The lacquer protects the paint — avoid solvents and harsh cleaners.
