Made to order

Every Vovanga piece is printed and hand-finished after you order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your figure ships.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Vienna, Austria. Free EU shipping on orders over €150. Shipping costs for other regions are calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided on every order.

Packaging

Orders are packed discreetly in foam-lined boxes with no indication of the contents, and protected for safe international transit.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made to order by hand, we accept returns only on items that arrive damaged or faulty. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.

Damaged in transit?

Keep all packaging and send us photos as soon as possible. We'll arrange a replacement of the affected piece.
